OJ TURNING TO WEB PROMOTIONS

BARTOW (The Ledger – Kevin Bouffard – May 23, 2014)  David Steele hopes discovering the benefits of orange juice will become as easy as shopping on Amazon, driving sales of Florida's signature beverage upward from a 12-year slump.

That day should come next year.

Orange juice's web presence will become a key part of the Florida Department of Citrus' marketing program now that it has abandoned TV commercials as the primary OJ promotional vehicle, said Steele, the department's public relations director.
